DOES AGE MATTER?

What do you all think of the appropriate age gap between a guy and a girl in marriage or relationship. Does age gap matters in a relationship? We have examples of women who date and even marry younger than their age or men date and marry way younger than their age. Is it a problem? What will occur if there is a problem at a later stage?
